You know, the two of you can jerk each other off in public as
much as you like and reinforce each other's ridiculous stories
about how Andrew wasn't being dishonest and I was.
That will not change the fact that Andrew deliberately and
maliciously misquoted Lawson, and I called him on it. The
misquote is documented; it's on the public record, and no matter
how you try to justify it, the words are still there just as they
were when Lawson posted them and Andrew misquoted them.
We're long accustomed to the depths of Andrew's hypocrisy on this
newsgroup, as he repeatedly accuses the TM movement and TMers of
lying and twisting facts and words, especially when we've caught
him in one of his countless lies and word-twistings.
We're used to the stupider sci.skeptic participants not being
able to see through the endless supply of wool Andrew plasters
over their eyes. That's what encourages him to continue. As
long as he can fool *somebody*, it makes him feel clever.
But when someone like you, Dene, supports Andrew in his
dishonesty, it's very difficult to believe that you really cannot
see it.
