Trapped by His Own Admission, Pee Fumes

Caught trying to weasel out of his responsibility for trying
to get this Web site killed, Pee Duff fumes indignantly...

Andrew A. Skolnick slithered off his rock:

And you would have them believe that I posted a message urging
others to complain. I wrote:

Pretty powerful urging on my part, eh? Maybe you think
that the power to influence people from a great distance
and to cause them to act against their wills that you ascribe to Judy
has been acquired by me as well.
Yeah, that's it. You think I willed all the readers to complain
to Xoom so that I could avoid sullying my pearly whites.
After all, I have such a shy, retiring, and sensitive personality
that I could never, ever endure writing a complaint. I'd probably
shrivel in the face of contention and run away. Yup, sounds like me.

Here's a clue, Andrew. When you have the guy check your monitor
for radiation leakage, have him check your microwave oven as well.
Your scrambled thinking is getting worse quickly. Not that I don't
enjoy it, mind you, but I want to make sure that you'll be a
ready source of paranoia well into the future. You never can tell
when a good laugh will come in handy.

Uh, that's your hangup. It's you who needs to puff himself up
with your endless repetition of what you published, and the
awards you've received. It comes down to this:
If what you write rings true to people, it'll stand on its own
and be recognized as valid if it's published nowhere at all.
If what you write is mendacious, no matter who publishes it
or who gives you an award, folks will sense the treachery in your
words.
Even if they can't elucidate the contradictions, because you
sometimes hide them well, it will stink to them.
And it will stink for now and for ever, and no amount of your
puffery, or your silly-ass web pages will change the indelible
mark made by somebody's intuition one bit.
